Trevor’s print media career began over 30 years ago, with community newspapers in suburban Melbourne. His experience encompasses advertising sales, newspaper management and sales network management roles, one of which brought him to Sydney in August 2000. Since then, he has moved from a senior network role with News Ltd, to a State Manager’s role representing the West Australian, before returning to community newspapers as Sales Manager at Torch Publishing in Bankstown.

Trevor joined our Fairfax Media’s flagship community publication, the St George & Sutherland Shire Leader in 2007 as Commercial Director. He was promoted to the role of Manager for the Leader early in 2009 and since October 2009 has been the Network & National Sales Manager for Fairfax Community Newspaper in NSW.

Since 2005, Trevor had been a Board member of the Eastern Suburbs BEC. With a strong commitment to the values of businesses involving themselves in their local community, through networking and community support, he has been a regular presenter at local community and business functions in metro Sydney.

In 1996 Peter, with his business partner Nabi Saleh, established the Gloria Jean’s Coffees franchise in Australia. Today there are over 490 Gloria Jean’s stores across Australia and over 900 coffee houses in 35 countries worldwide.
