Business facilitation is a one on one session with a experienced Business Advisor where we address a range of business issues that are impacting on the business.
In this session we will suggest possible alternatives and information to assist the client to make an informed decision.
It is up to the client to take this information and make the necessary decision. And we strongly suggest that the client refer to their Accountant or solicitor.
The Business issue discussed will depend on where the business is situated in the Business life cycle.
We encourage the client to come prepared and if possible send a general outline of the need to the office prior to the meeting.
Our objective is not “pie-in-the-sky” statements however real assistance and discussion.
We want to flesh out your REAL issues and get REAL solutions for you.
Business Mentoring Service
A Business Mentor compliments Business Facilitation sessions and usually extends over a longer period.
This can be from one month to 12 months or alternatively for an agreed set number of sessions.
At the first mentor visit we usually ascertain the needs of the business for the period identified and implement a personalised mentoring schedule.
Where necessary we will seek out the experts to address certain areas.
