Clearly Business Serviced Offices and Training Centre enables businesses to establish short or long-term office support utilising the “virtual office” concept or physical tenancy model. Our facilities include a selection of offices, a training room, meeting/board room and interview room. The opportunities are endless.
Our facility is ideally located in Sydney’s CBD close to Central Railway Station, in walking distance to all business services including Australia Post, major banks and transport. Sidewalk cafes, snack bars, hotels and restaurants provide a diversity of cuisines to suit any dining requirement. Public parking options include metered, ticketed and 1-2 hour “on street” parking as well as near-by parking stations.
We provide a personalised service to support your business. A unique aspect of our facility is the availability of a Small Business Adviser to provide practical assistance to help your business grow and improve. We also offer a number of workshops and training programs specifically for small businesses.

When you need to expand your current workplace or start work on a specialproject for a short period, we are able to accommodate your needs. Often the costs to rent or lease a building may far exceed the benefits of expansion.
The atmosphere is professional with a personal feel. Our facilities contain a selectionof offices, enabling us to ensure each tenant a personalised and consistentlyhigh level of service.

Additional Costs
Telecoms package – Clearly Business provides a fully managed PABX system thatfeatures conference calling, hands free, call transfer and voicemail, all accessed via ahigh specification digital handset. In addition the Clearly Business telecoms packageincludes all call handling by our professional reception staff in order to ensure thatyou never miss a call. One telephone handset (plus call costs) is provided per office. Additional handsetsare available at $60.00 + 10% GST per handset per month plus call costs.
Line rental is included in the telephone package.
Internet connectivity – High speed permanent internet access.$40.00 + 10% GST per office per month.
Other services – Schedule of Service is available for secretarial, admin, photocopyservices etc.
